Massage and movement are just the beginning. Your body has the power to adapt and thrive!”
WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

Hi, I’m Jaime - RMT, movement specialist, and longtime educator with over 25 years in health and fitness.
I believe that your body isn’t broken, it’s adaptive. And pain is never just about muscles, joints, or posture.
It’s about how your nervous system responds to stress, load, breath, and movement over time.
My work is grounded in manual therapy, but it’s not just about what I do with my hands. It’s about what
we do together because I don’t “fix” people, I educate and guide them.
That might mean using cupping or fascial work to create more glide and movement. It might mean helping
you retrain your breath, improve your foot mechanics, or build strength through your posterior chain.
It always means listening closely to what your body is trying to say and giving you the tools to respond.

I specialize in helping people move better, feel safer in their bodies, and understand the why behind what’s
going on. Whether you're managing persistent pain, recovering from injury, or just trying to feel more
connected to yourself again - you're in the right place

My approach combines:
Registered Massage Therapy
Fascial and nervous system-informed care
Functional movement integration
Acupuncture and breath-based strategies
Education that empowers you between sessions

Sessions are collaborative and client-led.You won’t just lie on the table, you’ll learn, move, breathe,
and leave with insight and clarity. I’ll meet you where you are, help you build a map of what’s happening
in your body, and walk beside you while you reclaim your function.
When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me meditating, coaching ultimate frisbee, learning new skills,
or chasing down my next cup of caffeine. I’m a breast cancer survivor, a parent, and a big believer in the
power of understanding how your body and nervous system work. That’s where real healing begins!
