Massage and movement are just the beginning. Your body has the power to adapt and thrive!”
WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

Hi, I’m Jaime - a Registered Massage Therapist, movement specialist, and longtime educator with over
25 years in health and fitness. I believe your body isn’t broken, it’s adaptable. Pain isn't just about muscles, joints, or posture. It’s about how your whole system responds to stress, load, breath, and movement over time.
My work is grounded in manual therapy, but it’s not just about what I do with my hands. It’s about what
we do together. I don’t “fix” people, I help them understand, move, and rebuild confidence in their bodies.
That might mean using gentle manual techniques to restore ease and glide. It might mean retraining your breath, improving foot mechanics, or strengthening the parts of you that carry the most load. It always means listening closely to what your body is saying and giving you the tools to respond with awareness.

I help people move better, feel safer in their bodies, and understand the “why” behind what
they’re experiencing. Whether you’re managing persistent pain, recovering from injury, or
reconnecting with your body - you’re in the right place.

My approach combines:
Registered Massage Therapy
Evidence-informed manual and movement practices
Breath and body awareness
Acupuncture and gentle movement strategies
Education that empowers you beyond the treatment room

Sessions are collaborative and client-led. You won’t just lie on the table - you’ll learn, move, and leave
with insight and clarity. I’ll meet you where you are, help you map of what you're feeling
in your body, and walk beside you as you reclaim comfort and function.
When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me meditating, coaching, learning new skills,
or chasing down my next cup of caffeine. I’m a breast cancer survivor, a parent, and a big believer in the
power of understanding your body - because that’s where real change begins!
